 Care instructions : At Fabric Tales, we strive to provide high-quality fabrics that meet your needs and expectations. To help you maintain the       longevity and beauty of your purchased materials we gently provided general care instructions :

We kindly ask that you handle our products with care. If you are not familiar with fabric maintenance, we strongly suggest taking them to a professional dry cleaner. For those who are experienced and prefer washing at home, please only hand wash with cold water.

Please note, we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper personal use.

- Orders 

 All orders are processed and shipped from our hub in Cairo through one of our trusted courier partners, delivering to locations inside and outside Egypt.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order and are preparing it for shipment.

While we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that depending on when your order is placed and our current workload, it may take up to 5 - 7  working days for your order to be shipped inside Egypt and 10 working days outside Egypt after submission.

- international orders 

For orders shipped outside of Egypt, additional fees may apply. Please check with your local customs office for any applicable taxes, duties, or import charges

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any international orders
