Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we always strive to provide an easy and clear shopping experience.

During sale and discount periods, returns are not available, and opening or splitting the shipment is not allowed. Exchanges are available only within 24 hours of receiving the order Subject to availability.

Please note that online orders cannot be exchanged or returned through Fabric Tales branches. Exchanges and returns for online orders must be processed only through the approved customer service and shipping procedures for online orders.

• Shipment Inspection Before Delivery

In Cairo, Alexandria, and some other governorates, you may open the shipment and try on the product before accepting it. If the product is not suitable, you may return it directly to the courier, with the shipping fee paid by the customer.

In areas where this service is not available, the shipment cannot be opened before completing payment and receiving the order, according to the shipping company’s policy.

• Exchange

If the size is not suitable, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order. We recommend checking the size chart and measuring your bust, waist, and hips before placing your order to choose the most suitable size.

After submitting an exchange request, the exchange process must be completed, and the replacement product or size must be selected and confirmed within a maximum of 48 hours from the time the exchange request is submitted. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for the exchange. If the request is not completed within this period, the exchange request will be considered cancelled.

• Return

You can request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product, and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees. The product value will be refunded via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, or to the bank account in case of payment by card.

• Manufacturing Defects

If there is a possible manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. The product will be reviewed by the Quality Department to verify and assess the defect. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the full product value will be refunded without deducting any shipping fees.

• Accessories (shoes, bags, belts, and scarves) cannot be exchanged or returned.
• FT Glam products cannot be exchanged or returned.
