• Our utmost priority is your satisfaction, please know that opening the shipment prior to payment is not allowed as per the shipping company's Policy.  If you reside in Cairo or Alexandria, you may request shipment through another company to check sizing and initiate exchange / return on the spot by giving the item(s) back to the courier and paying for shipping.

• We ask you that check sizing through measuring bust, waist, and hips, then select the closest option through our size chart. If the product size is still not a good fit, you may request an exchange for another size or a new product within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• You may also request a refund within 24 Hours of receiving your order. Please note that the shipping fees are billed to the client, refunds are processed and send through Vodafone Cash or a Postal transfer. if the product has a manufacturing defect that is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, a full refund is issued to the client and no shipping fees are deducted.

• Accessories (shoes, bags, belts and scarves) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

أولويتنا القصوى هي رضاك. يرجى العلم أن فتح الشحنة قبل الدفع غير مسموح به حسب سياسة شركة الشحن. إذا كنت مقيمًا في القاهرة أو الإسكندرية ، فيمكنك طلب الشحن من خلال شركة أخرى للقياس بشكل سريع و اذا كان غير مناسب يتم طلب الاستبدال/الإسترجاع على الفور عن طريق إعادة المنتج للمندوب والدفع مقابل الشحن

نطلب منك التحقق من المقاس من خلال قياس محيط الصدر والخصر والارداف  قبل الطلب، ثم تحديد الخيار الأقرب من خلال مخطط المقاسات الخاص بنا. إذا كان قياس المنتج غير مناسب، يتم طلب استبدال بحجم آخر أو منتج جديد في غضون 24 ساعة من الاستلام

يمكنك أيضًا طلب الاسترجاع في غضون 24 ساعة من استلام طلبك، ويتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في هذه الحالة. يتم إرسال المبالغ المستردة من خلال فودافون كاش أو التحويل البريدي

إذا كان المنتج به عيب في التصنيع يتم الإبلاغ عنه خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب ، فسيتم رد المبلغ بالكامل إلى العميل ولا يتم خصم أي رسوم شحن
